Even though wellness still has some stigma attached to it, doing simple wellness tasks regularly can improve our overall wellbeing. Today we will be sharing a few simple tips on how to include wellness activities in your daily routine.

For the phone addict, try and take a break for a few hours a day. Although, it is easier said than done, less time on the phone will improve our overall mood and wellness.
